Time required approximately 5 minutes.
This drill is best when in used after the Pre Match team warm up drill, which is available.
Mark out a grid using the cones shown below of approximately 40 X 10 yards. Each cone is 5-10 yards apart.
Each player must run to the first cone and then in a criss cross fashion to the next diagonally opposite cone as shown, touching the top when they get there.
Repeat 2-3 times as required.
