The free kick is set up with two players around the ball, and two to the right giving the impression of a lay off and shot.

The ball is laid off to player 3 and player 4 makes a dummy run as if to hit it on the run.

Player 1 makes a sneaky run to the left edge of the box.

The ball instead is squared back to player 2, who now has two options.

Option A is to shoot.

If  defenders have closed down quickly:
Option B is a lay off pass to player 1

Player 1 then plays a square pass across the box to player 3.

Player 3 shoots, and hopefully scores.....
